120 tonne of new structural steelwork, including internal floor plan steelwork from the ground to fifth floor, front and rear box frames to support the existing front and rear façades, a new central spine box frame and floor plan steelwork to six floors forming a complete renovation - allowing two buildings to become one larger structure.
